OBJECTIVE Practicing the understanding of motion graphics. In order to create a motion piece, you would have to practice storytelling. With this idea in mind, create series of motion graphic pieces with different concepts.
APPROACH Selected motion graphics works includes a 1 minute book promotion, a title sequence of a movie, and a 20 second fictional app promo.
Jessica Hische | In Progress Book Promotion
The project was to create a book promotion and I decided to choose Jessica Hische’s In Progress book which explains to progress from sketch to digital lettering. In order to reflect this theme, I re–created her letterings in Illustrator and animated them from sketch to digital.
Iron Man 3
| Title Sequence
The goal of this project was to create a title sequence for a film that we chose. I decided to choose Iron Man 3 and re–created couple of iconic elements in Illustrator, that would recognized by the audience.
Edit | App Promo
The goal of this project was to create a 20 second promo video for a fictional app. I created a photo editing app called “Edit”, and explained the steps for posting great photos in the promo video.
